These Terms and Conditions govern your use of AtlasJetX. By submitting an inquiry or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
AtlasJetX acts as a private aviation brokerage and coordination platform connecting clients with licensed third-party aircraft operators. AtlasJetX does not own, operate, maintain, or control aircraft. Flight operation, safety, insurance, and regulatory compliance remain the responsibility of the licensed operator.
Submitting a quote form does not create a confirmed booking. Aircraft, empty leg availability, pricing, schedules, airport access, routing, and feasibility are subject to operator confirmation. Prices shown or discussed before operator confirmation are indicative. Empty leg flights may be offered at reduced pricing but can be subject to last-minute changes, cancellation, or non-refundable terms.
Clients must provide accurate passenger, route, timing, contact, and documentation details when requested. Incorrect or missing information, including passport or visa details where required, may result in denied boarding, operational delays, cancellation, or additional costs.
This MVP does not process payments online. Any payment, charter agreement, invoice, deposit, or confirmation must be handled through direct AtlasJetX communications or approved operator/payment channels. Payment methods and timing depend on the confirmed operator and trip structure.
Cancellations, refunds, and changes are subject to the applicable operator policies and any confirmed charter agreement. Empty legs are generally non-refundable and may be more restrictive than standard charter requests.
Weather, strikes, air traffic restrictions, technical issues, regulatory requirements, airport limitations, crew duty rules, or other events outside AtlasJetX’s control may affect flight schedules or availability.
Concierge services such as chauffeur-driven transfers, catering, special handling, or other travel support are optional and may be provided by third parties. Third-party providers may apply their own terms, availability limits, pricing, and cancellation rules.
AtlasJetX is not responsible for delays, cancellations, damages, losses, denied boarding, or service interruptions outside its control. AtlasJetX is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or third-party damages.
AtlasJetX handles personal information according to its Privacy Policy. Data may be used for quote handling, operator review, service coordination, and legal or regulatory compliance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Subject to applicable law, courts in Casablanca have jurisdiction over disputes.
AtlasJetX may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
